  I think place is 5/5 for piercings although my general experience here has been closer to a 4 or 4.5/5.
  
  I've been here three separate occasions for lobe, helix, and septum piercings. Getting the ear piercings were a breeze, everyone was helpful and kind and all my questions were answered. Their prices are pretty good as well.
  
  The only time I had a tough experience was a new piercer and I was getting my septum pierced. She misjudged the size of my septum and forced the smallest size jewelry which was painfully tight on top of the swelling from a new piercing.
  
  It was incredibly painful swapping out the jewelry as soon as she just put one in, and the second smallest size was also way too small. But at that point she asked me to try It out for two weeks and come back when the swelling was down before seeing if I needed to change the size of the jewelry again. It was definitely still way too small so I went back in two weeks later to learn that piercer was probably fired, and someone else helped me out but I had to pay for the new jewelry. HUGE bummer, but the fact that my past experiences here have been great plus how happy they are to help when I walk in needing help changing jewelry, I still have fond memories of this place.
  
  Moved to a new town now and still haven't found a shop that's as good as Urban Body.
