  For starters, I still use State Farm for personal effects coverage and looking into renters insurance and maybe auto insurance again (please see my Yelp review of esurance for explanation) even though, State Farm is not the cheapest and considering, this particular office is located 80 miles away! I love the girls that work there. I'm not saying that in any sleazy way - I'm just saying that after going there twice, they knew my name. I have a very difficult last name to pronounce, but when I call, they always know my first name after I give them my last or vice versa.
  
  Quyen Lam has been incredibly helpful for the past 6 years that I've been their customer. I can't say enough about their entire office. With many businesses resorting to outsourcing their customer service to India, State Farm has always provided outstanding customer service with a personal touch.
