  WORST DMV EXPERIENCE EVER! I sat at the DMV for 5 HOURS (and don't think going early will solve that issue)
  
  Arrived at the DMV at 7:30 am. I did not make an appointment, so I arrived early to try and get in and out within an hour or two.
  
  Office opened at 8:00 am. There are 2 lines when checking in, an appointment line, and a non-appointment line. I was approximately the 15th person in the non-appointment line. It took AN HOUR just to get a number and put into the system. The lady checking people in was not pleasant.
  
  I get put into the system and I wait. . . and wait. . . and wait. Meanwhile, people who were behind me in the non-appointment line are being called up and leaving (they had to wait a long time too). I become concerned that my number got skipped, so I asked one of the employees at one of the windows. At 11:30, he tells me that there is only 1 person in front of me and then it would be my turn. So I go back and wait.
  
  After waiting another hour, I am frustrated and confused because multiple people (from the non-appointment line) have been called, and I was supposed to be behind 1 person. Turns out they don't take you in order, they separate you by why you are at the DMV.
  
  I FINALLY get called up. Horrible experience with person assigned to help me with my title transfer. It was my first time every doing this, so I was not completely sure how bit worked. I was trying to get clarification on certain things, but he would interrupt my questions and try to answer them without knowing all the information. That was the last straw.
  
  I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DMV! I have an appointment at the end of the month for a name change and I am canceling it and going somewhere else. Not worth it!
